What products will I get?
Your first month or your gift box for someone else, you will receive our introductory box! The following month items are a surprise! Your introductory box will ship within 7 business days.

I want to buy this for a new mom friend. Can I buy a membership as a gift?
You sure can! Just click the "For Someone Else" button when adding to the cart. We will contact you after your first purchase to confirm you want a subscription or a one time box.

Can I tell you my preferences / can you customize for my allergies?
We will try to accommodate allergies and preferences, however we do ask that you confirm all product received. Since some preferences limit selection, there is an increased risk of repeat snacks, which we try to avoid.

What types of snacks will be included?
Milk Buds provides treats that have ingredients which are safe for nursing. We will include drinks, bars, cookies, and other snacks. However, Milk Buds stresses, this alone won't solve it, we encourage you to latch and pump often and seek help if you are having milk supply issues.
How long does this membership last? Can I cancel?
Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled at any time. Just be sure to do so before the 15th of the month if you don't want to receive the next month's shipment. Cancellations made after the 15th will be applied after that month's shipment. For example, if you cancel on or after September 15, you'll still receive the next shipment, but it will be your last one. If you cancel on September 14th, you will not receive the next shipment.
How do I cancel my month-to-month membership?
You can cancel at anytime. Make sure to cancel before the 15th to avoid any charges for the next month's box. You will simply login to your account on our website and follow the steps to cancel.
If I choose the monthly membership, which day of the month will I be billed and when will it ship?
Your 1st month will charge the day you sign up and an introductory box will ship within 7 business days. For subsequent months, your card will be charged on the 15th & shipped by the 7th of the following month. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You must cancel before the 15th of the month if you do not want the next month's box charged or shipped to you.
